Vintage scarf circa 1995 silk cut velvet scarf with fringe

Apprx 9.5" wide by 78" long including fringe Silk for sure I wore this with my ESCADA Couture velvet jacket and black silk palazzo pants /'twas to die for! I don't recall the designer of this scarf but it was $95 in 1995 Purchased at TMB in Lancaster PA
