Vintage chatelaine double brooch, Victorian or Victorian inspired, music themed

There is a bend at the top of the charm side, but it feels sturdy, not breaking. There is also some finish loss in the same place. Both pin bars are slightly bent, but work fine. This piece is heavy, detailed, and appears well made.
