Quirky cat tunic from Joe Brown UK. VGUC due to mild piling that I don't think takes away from this amazing top. Tag says it's a US size 10. I typically wear a 12 or large in tops but loved it so much I crossed my fingers and bought it. It was just a bit too snug across my chest :(
