Vintage cardigan, small / medium, blue with gold speckle, gold metal buttons

Cool 80s (possibly handmade?) vintage women's sweater cardigan. Slightly oversized and slight crop - comes up to the top hem of my pants on me. Bright blue with metallic gold thread speckle / confetti pattern. Gold colored metal buttons. Excellent shape! No pills, no stains! No material tags or brand tags. Material feels like a soft acrylic / blend, but not certain. Size wise, I'd say it's an oversized small, or possibly a medium. Tag says size 8, but I'd say it fits more like a 6. Please double check measurements in photos to ensure proper fit!
