Vintage cameo pendant with frame and rhinestones

This listing is part of an estate sale. The necklace was never worn but was improperly stored in a cardboard box in a closet for at least 10 years. The homeowner had 2 cats and did not smoke. All estate items were carefully cleaned with antibacterial wipes and microfiber cloths before being aired out for 2 weeks. Some items still may have a stuffy closet smell and/or show imperfections due to long-term improper storage. This almost ghostly looking cameo pendant is believed to be from the 1980s. It's encased in a silver frame that's decorated with rhinestones in 2 shades of green. The chain is not the original, but it is brand new and unworn with a working clasp. The packaging it came in did not indicate what the chain is made of, so please be aware of that if certain metals irritate your skin. True colors are best seen in pic 3.
