Vintage brown and tan 2 piece sleeveless dress sheath and beer and sheer over M

Verhay vintage tan 2 piece sleeveless dress. Midi tan sheath underneath, zips up the back, the outer layer is a tan and brown printed sheer over lay, long length, zips up the back. I only saw a tag on the sheath, not the overlay. I saw no flaws on this item. Measurements in pics.
