Vintage brooch painting couple gold engraved 1938

Beautiful vintage brooch / pin featuring a small painting of a Victorian couple. Gold color, engraved with a sweet message to Rose from Mother and Dad in 1938. Beautiful romantic Victorian Revival piece! Large size brooch, please see pics for measurements. It's in beautiful condition. Wonderful little piece of history. Looks like the Limoges brooches from that era, but there is no maker's mark that I can find.
