Vintage brass triangular Candle or other decor holder w/Christmas tree & stars

This was a gift to me 30+ years ago and I have used it on my bookshelf without a candle. It has a beautiful tree and double Star cut-out on each of the 3 sides. It is 3” tall and 3” across. The blue felt on the bottom shows some wear, but is still in good condition and the brass is beautiful (satin-like finish, not shiny polished) I live this, but as I have recently retire from a lifetime of teaching, I am beginning to part with some precious treasure from across the years.
