Vintage brass single candelabra with prisms

Vintage candelabra with all prisms included Brass has patina I believe showing or tarnish ? It’s discoloring basically which I will leave as is due to vintage condition. The piece is all loose although will not come apart and does not come apart that I can figure out either. Other than those 2 points it’s in decent condition. Measurements are in pictures. Ask if questions!
