Vintage blouse

did this vintage shirt I would say is late '60s '70s. does have just coloration at the armpit area? note in photo. I love how it ties around the neck and the beautiful cuffs around your wrist. it does have four buttons and then a snap hidden at the very bottom. as you can see from the photo the tag says a size 10. again vintage runs very small. I usually wear a size small, medium and tops so you can see how it fits on me in the photos. ptp17"
