Vintage black velvet dress size 8

Vintage 80s black velvet/velour long sleeve dress. This dress has faux pearl buttons and accents of sleeve cuffs. It has shoulder pads to enhance the puffed sleeves. The belt is not included. The brand is Tabby of California size 8. There is very small pin marks at breast where a brooch was used. See pics where I am pointing, very minor. No other flaws that I can see. Measurements taken flat... Pit to pit 19” Waist 17” Shoulder to hem 43” Shoulder to cuff 20” pit to cuff 14.5” Wrist 4.25”
