Hand made 50s dress - lovely blue

Lovely blue colored taffeta mid century dress. This dress was hand made without tags. It does have s stiff skirt lining to retain form with adorable pleats along waist. There are a few spots of discoloration along the hem. You can see in photo. Also s fee pin marks at breast where a brooch was likely worn. Measurements are taking laying flat. This on was hard to measure with the pleats. The dress form is a modern size 10. Bust 40” Waist 17” Hip 32” Shoulder to hem 42 1/2”
