Vintage black and white polkadot midi from France

Gorgeous bought vintage shopping, have used a few times, it’s so flattering. Has lots of wear to it, I expect it’s very old, but there is still some life left. It has European sizing I’d say it’s between size 4-6 if I’m guessing.
