Vintage black and white polka dot maxi dress

1980's vintage sleeveless black and white polka dot maxi dress with a high neckline. There are 15" leg slits on the sides of the skirt. The material appears to be non Stretch. The dress measures (unstretched) 17.5" across the chest, 14" across the waist, 20" across the hip, and 50" in length. Zips up the back. No size tag - estimated size small.
