Vintage bell bottoms

so sad these don't fit . 1970s Bell bottoms with button sides and *what I believe * is faux leather trim . the care instructions would indicate that it's vinyl. approx measurements waist: 13.5-14 (hard to get exact, because of the buttons. for reference, I wear a 9/10 in this brand which is usually a 26" waist . these are an 11/12 so I'd put them at a 27" waist roughly) hip:19 rise:12 inseam: 30.5 ( these appear to have been hemmed, and can be let down another inch roughly)
