Vintage baby circus themed crib rattle

This is a vintage 1930-40s Catalin Bakelite baby crib mobile or toy. It advertising from "PRAM CIRCUS AN ALAN - JAY PRODUCT N.Y.C", with bells, rattle and classic Bakelite elephant(often seen as napkin rings!). It measures 16" long, 5" wide. There is wear on the labeling and some marks that i've not tried to wash off. Also the bells are a bit rusty. Got this as a baby gift for my grown up baby boy.
