Sleeves are shoulder length as seen in photo and the overall length from shoulder to hem is 58".

what is the waist size?

@bruinnguyen It measures a 27" waist with some wiggle room and the tie belt can narrow the waist even more. Absolutely GORGEOUS dress that I was going to wear to a wedding but the color was changed to all pinks. This dress is so cool looking, vintage and would definitely get attention! Like I said, it's gorgeous in color and quality.
