Do these true to size! Sometimes I go up 1/2 size when pointy toes are concerned.

Are these still for sale? Maybe you are out of town?
Do they run true to size? I am an US 8. But sometimes with EU sizes I can go up. Especially with a pointy toe. Thinking about taking a chance in these and wondering.
