Vintage Ylang Ylang Choker Necklace, Gold Plate & Silver with Glass & Crystals

Delicious vintage choker with gold plated brass and sterling silver beads with crystal rhinestones, strung on strong, fine metal chain. Ylang Ylang was a line of accessories we carried in the store in the 80’s. It was all pricey and very original for the time. This is estate jewelry, it was tarnished beyond recognition but the minute I saw those hearts I was in love. It polished up nicely after the special bath. Necklace is sold as is; it is used but in great shape considering its age, the tarnish I removed and the pile I rescued it from at the sale. The facets on the tops of the two large heart stones are glass and slightly roughened on one side each, you can barely see it if you look closely (hard to photograph) but you can feel it. The other stones are crystal, prong set with all stones intact. The necklace is 16-1/2” long. (I would be moved to add a 2” extender if I was going to keep it.) Auction houses on line are showing it for $70-$120. (My gold guy told me this is a nice piece.)
