Size 7 but fits smaller. The front of the pants waist band measures 14 and 1/2 inches from front left side to front right side. Loose fitting from knee down straight leg/ very slight flair. So adorable and something I haven’t seen a lot of. I am going to guess these may fit closer to a 4. However, measure the front of your waist to be sure they’ll be a good fit as I’m not totally sure!
