Absolutely stunning light blue and green chiffon paisley print halter top. No rips stains or tears. Has bra cup inserts. Juniors small which in my opinion fits the same as womens small, see measurements for details. Exterior layer is a chiffon and does have some strings of the fabric coming out, very typical of chiffon fabric but nothing major. Halter neck tie and strings on back to secure.
