Size 17 in junior plus sizes. Would best fit a 14/16 in women’s plus sizes imo. These jeans are a total throw back to the early 90s - 2000s! Y2K style. Back in the day it was the trend to have baggy or flare jeans that drag and have rips in the bottom. I have shown this in the 8th photo of the bottoms of the pants. It looks like it’s just the back of the bottoms of the pants. Price does reflect this. These are flare jeans low rise and tough enough for a country girl and totally trendy! Yee yee
