Vintage Y2K Wet Seal plaid women's size XL coat button closure ties in front

This vintage jacket is in good used condition. It is plaid with brown tan blue and cream colored. There are three buttons down the front and a tie waist. There are two front pockets. The jacket is lined. It says extra large, but I would say medium. Please see measurements.
