No rips or tears. Inside lining is in great condition. Zipper works well and Velcro on sleeve cuffs and on closure is still holding strong. The outside has some overall color fade. The most noticeable area is on the inside zipper flap (see pictures). There are two deep front pockets with flaps, as well as two side zipper front pockets.
