Vintage Y2K TanJay Cream & Blue Floral Watercolor Midi Skirt Women’s Size 12

Vintage Y2K cream and blue midi skirt by TanJay with a watercolor-esque pattern and white flower illustrations all over. 100% polyester. Pull on with a stretch elastic waist and wide hem. Women’s size 12. Measurements (approx, hand measured flat): 13.5” waist (stretches to 16”), 31” length. Pre-owned in very good used vtg condition, no stains or holes to outer skirt. There is a small hole in the inner waist, as if someone was going to change the elastic, but it doesn’t show on the outside nor affect the wear - please see last photo. (Please remember vintage pieces are not brand new. I’ve done my best to disclose any flaws but there may be minor ones I did not notice.)
