Vintage Y2K Serious La Red Plaid Bondage Maxi Skirts with Zipper Pleats SZ M Bondage Straps can be worn on the front or back. The waistband has been altered and hem is raw to be more lowrise and ribbon has been added at waist. I have also added homemade belt loops that can easily be removed with the saftey pins they are attached with. Size tag is missing please go by measurements in pictures.
