Gently used but good condition vintage Y2K light blue sequin maxi formal dress! Has a criss cross back and sheer waist. It has a train with a bustle on the back. The brand is Precious Formals. Size 4. Flaws: some light wear and it is missing some sequins in a few areas. Has a patch on the skirt that is missing quite a few sequins (last pic).
