Vintage Y2K Semi-Formal spaghetti strap dress, Purple w/ black lace overlay, size Small by Byer Too Yes, this is vintage Y2K from my 9th grade semi-formal in 1999! This dress reminded me of Kate Winslet’s Titanic formalwear…but complete with the oh so 90s spaghetti straps. This gown is stretchy with some give, but follows an A-line shape. You can wear it formal, or you can dress it down for a slick grungy going out look by adding a leather or jean jacket.
