Vintage Y2K Rose & Lula green and tan paisley print halter neck 100% silk a-line dress. Back zipper closure and double lined. Looks like someone tried to sew the front neckline of the dress but could be fixed with threading that actually matches and blends with dress - or removed for more of a plunging neckline. Which I think is how it's supposed to look. Approx measurements Length 40.5 in Pit to pit 17 in Waist 26 in
