Size Small on the tag Bottom is a classic scoop bikini bottom with a tiny ruffle at the edge - good vintage condition- elastic is pretty stretched/ bad on these - but because the fabric is stretchy , if they fit your hips or are slightly small on you ,they should still stay up. (They are droopy in the photo because it’s too big on my size small mannequin) . You could also replace the elastic,if you can sew. No rips, pilling or stains.
