The dress has a raised empire waist with sparkling bling on the v-neckline. Simple yet elegant design. The fabric also has a subtle color changing effect when it moves! SIZING---Dress is marked Size 5/6 but it runs VERY SMALL - I would estimate it fits like a modern size XS. See measurements below.
