Y2K vintage Paul Frank Julius the monkey windbreaker! Features a full zipper and hood. Elastic hem and cuffs for comfort. All over print in a neon yellow, material is sheer. This is in excellent used condition, but like any vintage piece has minor signs of wear (see photos) Tag is missing, but probably is an extra small or small.
