Vintage Y2K Noviello-Bloom Black Ruffle Trim Jacket + Midi Pencil Skirt Set

Jacket measurements: Measures 18 1/2 inches underarm to underarm, 15 1/4 inches underarm to bottom hem, sleeves measure 21 inches. Skirt measurements: Waist measures 14 1/2 inches across, length is 23 inches from center of waistband to bottom hem. Minor condition note (last photo) - the skirt has indentations where the clip hanger held it up. They’re not super noticeable, but I wanted to mention it. Otherwise, both pieces are in excellent pre-owned condition.
