Vintage Y2K Gothic Lolita Polka Dot Strapless Party Dress w/ Lace Petticoat

This lightweight cotton dress is an iconic win for swing dancers, rockabilly babes, and summer goths alike. The slightly stretchy black cotton is spotted with small, faded white polka dots and trimmed with crimson satin at the top of the bodice and at the bottom slits for an effect that’s classic without feeling costumey. The built-in mesh under-skirt creates an airy, petticoat effect, and beautiful black lace peeks out from the bottom. This is definitely a dress you’ll want to twirl in!
