Vintage Y2K Gap Stretch Wool Blend Ruffled Hem Mini Skirt Size 8 Dark Academia It is Gap brand, stretch style. It is also Vintage, made in 2000. It is wool, very high quality and warm/comfortable. The pleats go all the way around the bottom. The majority of the skirt is wool. There is a liner on the inside(in photos) that is 100% polyester. There are two buttons on both sides of the top front of the skirt. They are there for design. This skirt has held a great shape and is high quality.
