Super cute vintage Y2K Forever 21 wrap dress. Black with white polka dots and cherry print. Size Small. To be honest I couldn’t for the life of me figure out how to tie this properly but the strings are super long so I’m sure there’s multiple ways to make it work. No fabric tag but it feels like a rayon material. Not sheer. Measurments in pics.
