Vintage Y2K Poplin Blouse Features: polka dot print, fabric covered buttons, slightly puff sleeve fitted style to give you a super snatched look, the seams on this blouse are designed to be super flattering for a fitted waist with puckering to allow space for bust. Flaw: there is some slight yellowing as shown in the last two photos, I haven’t tried to bleach but it’s not super noticeable. This is the top you’d wear with peplum skirts that were business ready but also nighttime ready for the club circa 2000s!
