Vintage 90s/Y2K polka dot straight skirt with flounce hem. Black hue with various shades of purple dots. Very stretchy, elastic waistband, high-low hemline, midi length. Fully lined. 
Brand: Express World Brand Size: Women’s Small Material: 100% polyester Measurements (approx, hand-measured flat): 13” waist (stretches to 17”), 28.5” front length, 34.5” back length Care: Machine washable Pre-owned in excellent condition, no holes or stains.
