Vintage Y2K Early 2000s Stuart Weitzman for Russell & Bromley Tote Handle Bag

Please see second photo. Strap has broken and is hanging on by a thread. I tried to super glue it but it only lasted a couple of uses. Selling for a low price because of this. Patent leather and nylon material. Lace up corset style design with bow at front center. Made in Spain purchased in England. Generally small for a tote. Measures 11” x 7” x 3 1/4”. It can’t really work as a shoulder bag unless you have tiny arms.
