Vintage Y2K tie-dyed tie back top that is adjustable and cute with natural/mineral tones! Brand is Milan, bought for $38 from Tunnel Vision’s vintage collection. No size tag, would recommend for XS-M. Bust: Open, best for 32"-36". Length: 11" from collar. Super lightweight and semi-sheer. Excellent condition, just a bit wrinkled but no flaws!
