Vintage Y2K Deep Surpluce Ruffle Flutter Dress - Black with Baby Pink Flowers

One of the most romantic, flirty dresses I've ever seen. Obviously my dress form is doing it no favors, but I wanted to showcase the surplice neckline. It's a lightweight, floaty material that I love to see slightly wrinkled for that romantic feel. (I can steam it out for you if you'd like to see pictures of the material smooth.) With the wrapped ruffle going up the skirt and ending gathered on the hips and those little flutter sleeves, it's a very Lorelai Gilmore early 2000s dress. Fully lined.
