Looks a bit like silk. victorian Renaissance style, but with that sporty futuristic vibe that is so 2000s! size 36 European, like a small US (csn probably fir multiple sizes due to the adjustable nature of the straps and waist/underbust) Measurements: Length 45" Waist 14" across untied Chest 15" Great condition! there are two teeny tiny holes in the back that have been repaired, see last photo. They are so tiny you can barely see them, I only noticed when deeply and carefully inspecting the intem. they're also on the back making them even less noticeable.
