Vintage Y2K Black Strappy Buckle Heels

Vintage Y2K black strapped buckle accent heels by Unlisted. In fair to good condition— part of upper sole was peeling, has now been glued back with strong shoe glue but some minor dried glue residue remains as circled in third to last image.
