Vintage Y2K Bebe Red Peplum Pin-up Dress Fitted Over the Knee Size XS

This red pencil dress has a flattering peplum waist and open back cutout. The fitted silhouette and slight stretch make it incredibly comfortable to wear while enhancing your shape. Features a back zipper and hook-and-eye closure. I wore this once and received lots of compliments it's also very comfortable.
