Previously Owned beautiful Y2K Formal dress. Hi- low bottom. Aqua in color. Strapless. Lots of Tulle layers. Black satin belt with black satin flower. Ties in back. This dress is gorgeous! Women's SIZE 1X. 100% Polyester. Hand Wash/ Hang Dry. MEASURED LAYING FLAT: Top to Bottom--31" to 51 " Top of bodice width--17" Waist--16.5" ** When checking measurements, get a similar garment from your closet that you are happy with fit and lay flat. When measuring length( as long as not strapless), measure from where the top of the shoulder will lay. All the other measurements should be self- explanatory.
