Adorable hand made Y2K brown pencil skirt in a midi length featuring a corset tie closure at the back. Best of all is the pink felt galloping horse appliqué on the right hip. You could get creative with how you wear and style this - even wear as a strapless mini dress! Pair with cowboy boots for a Nashville weekend or anytime you are looking for a western vibe. The skirt falls to midi length and has a slightly asymmetric hem. The fabric feels like a cotton blend with a hint of stretch. Some slight pilling of the felt horse applique. Otherwise in very good condition. Note that all measurements are with the skirt laid flat and and the ties completely loosened. The sizing is flexible based on how tightly you lace the skirt. I would say it would best fit a small/medium if you want it laced more tightly. Approx measurements laid flat and unstretched: waist = 18 1/2" hip = 20" length = 31" (top of waist to longest part of hem)
