Loose top that would hide the belly then a double waisted bottom/skirt. Dress is 3/4-full sleeve and about calf length. 16.5” shoulder to shoulder seam 24” pit to pit 14”-22.5” elastic Waist 22.5” hip 45” top neck line to bottom of dress Comes from a pet/smoke free home
