*Description: This is a great designer wreath enamel Christmas brooch by Arthur Pepper, signed ART, from the 1950s. This brooch is featured on page 115 of Christmas Jewelry by Mary Morrison's book. She describes this brooch this way: "This Art pin is enameled light green and frosted, but you can also find it in frosted dark brass. The stones buried among the foliage are similar to the colors used on ART trees. " The brooch that we have is the brass one with frosted branches. It has a great antique look and is in great condition.
