Vintage Wool Knit Cardigan Full Button Sweater, Fuzzy, Women's. This wool sweater is in great vintage condition. Full button front. Buttons are Mother of pearl style. There are no size or care tags. So, without tags, I can't say that it is 100% wool, but it sure does feel like it. It has the smell of wool. Wool has a distinct, earthy smell. It's often described as a mix of natural lanolin, which is an oil produced by sheep's skin, and a slightly musky or barnyard-like scent. This aroma can vary depending on factors like the type of wool, its cleanliness, and how it's processed. Some might liken it to a cozy, outdoorsy scent, reminiscent of being near sheep or in a woolen mill. I am a size large and it easily fits me.
