This is a gorgeous vintage wool blend base layer dress. Sourced in Austria, its meant to be worn under dresses in cold weather to help with warmth. It is super stretchy with a deep V neckline and perforated cut outs on the bust. It has a banded waist and fitted skirt. Overall in good vintage condition with no major flaws to note.
